Granting by the Spare Change for Real Change program will occur through a cooperative process between the BID Board and the Mayor's Committee on Homelessness, and will be used to provide grants to support projects related to "Welcome Home Billings" Billings' 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness.  Spare Change for Real Change is a project of the Downtown Billings Improvement District (BID). The BID is a 501 c(3), so your donation to Spare Change for Real Change is tax deductible.
